.b - The power of being in the moment

.b, pronounced [dot-be], stands for "Stop, Breathe and Be!", a widely tested and researched programme to bring mindfulness into schools. Mindfulness in its essence is about directing your attention to what is happening in your body and mind right now – it is about noticing, sensing and observing without judging it as good or bad. This method offers easy starting exercises from the .b-programme to enter playfully into the art of mindfulness. These exercises are useful for teachers as well as for students.
