Carmen Teubl coordinates and supervises the European Research Network RAY - Research-based Analysis of Erasmus+ Youth in Action. Prior to this, she supervised the project “Wir. Jetzt. Präsidentschaft.” (Us. Now. Presidency.), realising youth events during the Austrian Presidency of the Council in 2018. These included the EU Youth Conference as part of the Structured Dialogue. Until 2018 she coordinated, among other things, the transnational school network “aces - Academy of Central European Schools” on different annual topics, as well as “aces - act local” with a focus on social cohesion and inclusion.

Graduate in International Development and African Studies from the University of Vienna. She has work experience with NGOs focussing on Africa as well as human rights, in development cooperation and the intercultural and anti-racism field both in Austria and abroad. As a qualified trainer for German as a second language she worked with various target groups and in different projects.
